This hotel, Serviced Apartment and Commercial space is currently under construction on the old Elsewhere plot on street 278 not far from the Independence Monument and Wat Lanka. The building, when complete, will offer 45 luxury hotel rooms, 12 two-bedroom and 14 studio apartments, along with conference facilities, pool deck, gym, spa and restaurants and bars for its clientele, over 16 floors. The building has been designed to conform to the highest international standards, will be energy efficient and a luxurious green space for its users. The design will make full use of solar panels and wind turbines to generate sufficient energy for its day-to-day operation. Full grey water recycling will be installed to minimize its impact on the water resources of the city and to limit impact on local drainage systems. Its overall design and construction uses low energy input devices and equipment where at all possible. The pool will be salt-water configuration with a balancing bio-filtration system to minimize chemical use. The overall build program will be approximately 20 months and should therefore be opening to our customers at the beginning of 2021.
