At LMMJM Investments, we are proud to have our own in house Design and build team to undertake the conception, Project Management and realization of our vision. This allows us to work in house on all of our projects, on our own development plots, to decide very quickly what we want to achieve, and more importantly how we want to achieve it. We can explore new Green forms of construction and use materials that are not always available here, calling on the International standards of Energy efficiency and building management that are not always at the forefront of development in Cambodia. This can be seen in the use of insulating materials in all of our constructions to cut down on solar gain, the use of high quality imported double glazing units to minimize heat gain and reduce the burden of air conditioning. In all instances, as we operate all of our developments ourselves, we take a very detailed interest in ensuring that not only are we building for the future, we are building in the most efficient and economical way possible to reduce our future operating costs. All such actions, during the very conception of our buildings, work to reduce our footprint and help manage our costs and the environment.

We are constantly reviewing our portfolio to see where we can improve our facilities, be it in major construction programs such as our sites in BKK1 and Kep, or refurbishment projects such as those at our Number 9 Hotel or our resort at Genesha in Kampot. Each action is designed to improve the facilities to our customers whilst acting to reduce our costs and manage our environmental footprint as much as we can. 

Our offices at Toul Kork in the north of the city have been designed to house our Design and Construction teams. They also have our workshops and stores on site to facilitate our work. In order to ensure we have the necessary and skilled work force, we recruit and train our staff directly. We focus on Health and Safety and ensure all of our workers are provided with the necessary Personal Protective Equipment and are trained specifically for the tasks that they undertake. We want our staff to take pride in their work and to show that they work for us at all times. We provide uniforms, work clothing and footwear to ensure not only that our staff work safely, but also that our clients can see who is worker in our business and check to see that they are working safely at all times.

We take pride in the fact that we can give back a little to our community and we provide accommodation on our site for our workers to ensure that they have a safe, clean and secure environment to live and relax after their day at work. We employ only local residents to provide security and services to our site to ensure that the benefits of our being in the community are felt directly in the form of wages and purchases.
