This Garden hotel, Luxury Villa and Commercial space is currently under construction on our 2-hectare plot in the beautiful coastal town and resort of Kep. The buildings, when complete, will offer 30 luxury hotel rooms, 15 three to four-bedroom individual villas, with private gardens and pools, and conference facilities, pool deck, gym, spa and restaurants and bars for its clientele. The luxury resort development has been designed to conform to the highest international standards, will be energy efficient and a truly luxurious green space for its users. The design will make full use of solar panels and wind turbines to generate sufficient energy for its day-to-day operation. Full grey water recycling will be installed to minimize its impact on the water resources of the area and to limit impact on local drainage systems. Its overall design and construction uses low energy input devices and equipment where at all possible. The pool will be a fully natural configuration with a balancing bio-filtration system to eliminate chemical use and provide our clients with a natural lakeside swimming experience. The site is on the hill overlooking the sea and backing on to the protected National Forest. This allows for wonderful sea views from our buildings and the tranquility of being in the middle of nature in our private 2-hectare park. The overall build program will be approximately 15 months and should therefore be opening to our customers at the end of 2020.
